Shipping policy

Shipping & Order Processing 

We process all orders within 24 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays).  

All orders ship free via standard ground to the contiguous United States.  Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.  A flat shipping rate of $15.95 applies for Alaska and Hawaii.   

Express shipping is also available for the contiguous United States at a rate of $18.95.  

In the case of a return, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.  Please view our full return policy here. 

Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

Please always double check and ensure the shipping address is correct before submitting your order.  Undeliverable packages or packages delivered to the incorrect address due to customer input error cannot be refunded.  

Given our fast order processing orders typically cannot be canceled or revised.  However, if you realize you entered the incorrect shipping address after the order has been submitted, please contact us immediately at fab@fluffandboots.com with the following information:

• Your Order Number

• You Full Name

• Correct Shipping Address

If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment we will do our best to update the address.  If the order has been prepared and/or shipped we unfortunately cannot reroute it to another address. 

Fluff & Boots cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered by the shipping carrier.
